Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to support the recruiting teams with prescreening and interview scheduling. This role operates in a high-volume call center environment within Human Resources to handle a variety of tasks and projects.

The candidate will build candidate pipelines, pre-screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain confidential information while delivering professional service to both candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) Intermediate, Preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
• Facilitate/coordinate interviews
• Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintaining employee profiles
• Employment Screenings
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
• Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned.
