Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a part-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer in Clayton, NC. The role provides sourcing support to Recruiting teams, prescreens candidates, and schedules interviews in a fast-paced call-center setting.

You will partner with HR to manage candidate flow and keep data accurate. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate profiles while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) intermediate, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite—Advanced, preferred.
• Experience communicating with internal and external customers at various career levels, intermediate preferred.
• Experience dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization, intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Facilitate/coordinate interviews.
• Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area.
• Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintaining employee profiles.
• Employment screenings.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team.
• Support HR team in special projects and assignments.
