Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruitment and HR teams. You will coordinate interview schedules, travel, and background checks, while assisting with HR tasks, reporting, and onboarding activities.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills to support a fast-paced environment. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0–1 year in administrative, recruiting support experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates.
• Post job opportunities and upload resumes into the hiring system.
• Coordinate and schedule background screenings, road tests, drug/alcohol tests, and safety orientation.
• Provide HR support, including employee orientations and ad-hoc reports/presentations.
• Update organizational charts and maintain employee files.
