ManpowerGroup in Foster City, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People Experience team supporting the Talent group. You will coordinate a high volume of interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with 2-4 years' recruiting coordination experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within recruiting coordination.
Self-directed work style with the ability to balance urgency with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an executive presence and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

Schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for high volume roles in partnership with recruiters and administrators.
Host candidates onsite to ensure a welcoming, professional, and well-coordinated experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team, driving execution of projects and initiatives.
Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement improvements to increase recruiting operations effectiveness and scalability.
Support operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvement.
