Formlabs is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in Somerville, MA. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain records in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring a smooth recruiting process.

You will support sourcing, initial screenings, and posting jobs, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Equity is part of compensation, with RSUs and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, lunches, and travel for candidates.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates.
• Maintain candidate statuses and recruitment metrics in Greenhouse ATS.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with sourcing, screening, posting jobs, and candidate communications.
• Run reports on travel costs and help candidates schedule their own travel.
