Formlabs, based in Somerville, MA, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to level up our team. You will partner with leaders across the business to source, interview, and hire top talent passionate about delivering results for our customers.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, manage Greenhouse and Gem workflows, and help shape our employer brand while collaborating with engineering, marketing, services, sales, and finance. This role offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience across engineering teams.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and CRM (Gem).
• Ability to work across multiple departments (tech, marketing, services, sales, etc.).
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Data-driven and solution oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proven networking and employer-branding experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across the business to source and hire talent.
• Engage in full cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Provide a best in class candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Recommend and drive improvements to scale recruiting practices.
• Train hiring managers on networking and inclusive hiring approaches.
