Formlabs seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter in Somerville, MA to partner with leaders across the company and source top talent for engineering and other functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help scale our practices through data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration, diverse talent outreach, and involvement in employer branding initiatives, in a fast-growing hardware/software environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple departments.
• Experience recruiting for engineering roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidate messaging.
• Ability to navigate ATS and CRM tools (Greenhouse, Gem) and manage data in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support our business by partnering with leaders across the business to find amazing talent passionate about delivering results for our customers.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments.
• Provide a best in class candidate experience from initial communication to final resolution.
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practices.
• Train our hiring managers on approaches to networking and great hiring—everyone should be involved in helping us grow!
