Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support a fast-paced hiring process for groundbreaking therapies. You will be the central liaison for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient interview experience.

You’ll manage interview scheduling across teams, coordinate travel, and oversee the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up through the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or related HR/admin roles in biotech or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-deadline prioritization.
• Able to collaboratively build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams with calendar management.
• Arrange candidate travel, onsite visits, and interview logistics.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and interview teams.
• Own day-to-day administration of the Greenhouse ATS — posting requisitions and moving candidates through stages.
• Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, requisitions, and templates in Greenhouse and other systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate/hiring manager experience.
• Support talent acquisition projects, reporting, events, and employer branding.
• Help create inclusive, positive candidate experiences across Nurix.
