Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to drive high-touch recruitment processes across global locations. You will master scheduling logistics, manage offers and onboarding, and optimize workflows to empower the global recruiting team.

The role focuses on coordinating complex interviews across time zones, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining data integrity in our ATS. This is an in-office role at our Prague location with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume, complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep proficiency in navigating global logistics, including time-zone coordination and international travel arrangements.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate complex interview scheduling for diverse panels across locations and time zones.
• Resolve global logistics and operational bottlenecks to minimize disruption to interview loops.
• Manage offer letters and new hire paperwork within our ATS, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Partner with Recruiting Ops, HR, and IT to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements.
• Develop team documentation, including SOPs and scheduling templates, to elevate efficiency and standards.
