Formlabs is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in Somerville, MA. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain records in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring a smooth recruiting process.

You will support sourcing, initial screenings, and posting jobs, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Equity is part of compensation, with RSUs and comprehensive benefits.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience and help Formlabs attract top talent.**What You’ll Do:*** **Interview Scheduling****:**Coordinate interviews, lunch and travel for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.* **Candidate Communication:** Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the interview process.* **Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:** Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, including candidate statuses, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.* **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.* **Recruitment Support:** Assist with sourcing candidates, conducting initial candidate screenings, creating job postings, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.* **Travel Coordinator:** Leverage our internal platform which allows candidates to schedule their own travel.
