Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts and candidate experience. You will coordinate interview scheduling, manage communications with candidates, and maintain accurate records throughout the process.

In this role, you will work with recruiters to move candidates through the ATS, post jobs, and handle travel arrangements for interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience in administrative support or a related field required.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and hiring processes required.
• Experience with online scheduling tools to coordinate logistics required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across assigned regions and platforms.
• Assist recruiting efforts by communicating with candidates and tracking progress in the ATS.
• Manage job postings on internal and external platforms to ensure accurate representation.
• Support candidate progression through the hiring process in partnership with recruiters.
• Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations for interviews as needed.
• Process candidate expense reports, code invoices, and track recruiting expenses.
