Job summary

Quince is seeking an East Coast-based Recruiting Coordinator to elevate how we coordinate hiring at scale. You will own interview coordination, scheduling workflows, and candidate experience across complex searches.

You will design and improve coordination processes, govern offer letters, administer recruiting systems, and guide the coordination team through changing hiring needs with independent judgment. Strong collaboration across recruiters and hiring managers is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to offer processes, recruiting systems administration, or coordination programs.
• Sound judgment and ability to make good decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination and scheduling processes, SOPs and playbooks, redesign workflows as needs change.
• Coordinate interviews and own the candidate experience for candidates.
• Independently resolve complex scheduling, logistics, and candidate-experience situations across multi-site or cross-time-zone panels.
• Own offer letter maintenance and governance: templates, approvals, accuracy, compliance, and exceptions.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automations across the recruiting workflow and tech stack.
• Serve as power user/administrator for recruiting systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop) configuring workflows.
• Interpret policies and guide recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams on non-routine cases.
