Job summary

Quince is seeking a Talent Coordinator to raise the bar on how we coordinate hiring at scale. Own interview coordination, scheduling globally, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience for complex searches; design and improve processes; administer recruiting systems, interpret policies, and influence our coordinator team.

You will resolve escalated scheduling challenges and own offer letter governance while improving the recruiting workflow and implementing automation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations.
• Ability to guide others and influence process and tooling decisions.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination and scheduling processes for global searches.
• Design and improve coordination processes, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Administer recruiting systems and interpret policies.
• Resolve complex scheduling, logistics, and candidate-experience escalations.
• Govern offer letters, templates, approvals, and non-standard offers.
