Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience including leading recruiters and sourcers.
• 4+ years of managing recruiting teams.
• Proven success hiring for high-growth tech environments.
• Strategic partner to senior leaders influencing hiring strategy.
• Experience as a player-coach, owning critical searches.
• Strong fundamentals in sourcing, map, assessment, interview design.
• Track record of improving processes, interview operations, and quality.
• Analytical with recruiting data to drive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with action orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of recruiters and sourcers.
