Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, including ownership of process improvements.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to offer processes, recruiting systems administration, or coordination programs.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make good decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes situations with limited direction.
• Ability to guide and develop others and influence tooling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve interview coordination and scheduling processes, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Coordinate interviews and own the candidate experience for candidates.
• Independently resolve complex scheduling, logistics, and candidate-experience situations across time zones and with high-priority searches.
• Own offer letter maintenance and governance: templates, approvals, and non-standard offers.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automations across recruiting workflow and tech stack.
• Serve as a power user/admin for recruiting systems (Greenhouse and ModernLoop).
• Interpret policies and advise recruiters and teams on non-routine cases.
