Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, sales, marketing, or related field is preferred (internships count).
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is a plus.
• Exposure to HR processes, policies, and employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Host candidates onsite and ensure a smooth, professional interview experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring workflows.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist with recruiting operations projects and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
