Gecko Robotics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own and elevate the candidate experience. You’ll be the operational backbone of our hiring process and the first point of contact for prospective team members, ensuring every interaction reflects Gecko's commitment to excellence.

This full-time role is based at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, collaborating with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interviewers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination or similar role supporting high-volume hiring.
• Experience coordinating high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams.
• Experience managing complex calendars with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and candidates.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage interview scheduling and candidate records.
• Experience scheduling interviews using Zoom or comparable platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with urgency.
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for recruiting events and on-site interviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process.
• Provide a welcoming recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify process improvements and surface data trends.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and internal partners.
• Schedule and facilitate a high volume of interviews across calendars and deadlines.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers to provide interview information and adjust schedules.
• Take on special projects related to recruiting operations as needed.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to support recruiting initiatives and events.
