The role may offer a hybrid schedule with in-office presence, partnering with the Associate Recruiting team to implement strategies, budgets, and reports. A degree and 2+ years in legal recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; minimum two years in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews and correspondence, perform GPA calculations, and maintain candidate records.
• Develop relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and recruitment professionals.
• Plan logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offers.
• Develop and monitor budgets for outreach and recruiting; collaborate on marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee and prepare recruitment statistics and reports.
• Protect highly sensitive information and ensure data privacy across processes.
