Job summary

Latham & Watkins in New York is seeking an Associate Recruiting Senior Coordinator who will coordinate all phases of recruiting, including the summer program, entry level hiring, and campus outreach, while liaising with law schools and internal departments. This role is located in our New York office with a potential hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate interviews, correspondence, GPA calculations, and onboarding communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and recruitment professionals; serve as the firm’s liaison at functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation and best practices; develop and monitor budgets for outreach and recruiting.
