Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in legal recruitment or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating candidate interviews and correspondence, GPA calculations and maintaining records.
• Liaising with target law schools, career services, student organizations and vendors.
• Planning logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientations and offers.
• Developing budgets and marketing strategies for outreach and recruiting efforts.
• Providing admin support to the Recruiting Committee and preparing recruitment statistics.
• Protecting confidential information and maintaining data security.
