Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Associate Recruiting Senior Coordinator in New York. This role coordinates all phases of recruiting including summer programs and campus outreach, acting as liaison with law schools and internal departments.

Hybrid and in-office presence options may apply. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in legal recruitment, exceptional communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytics skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage candidate interviews, GPA calculations, and onboarding communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and recruitment professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws while managing budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement marketing and promotional strategies; prepare recruitment statistics, reports, and presentations.
• Oversee coordinators, assistants, and interns; provide feedback and support professional development.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
