Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP is seeking an Associate Recruiting Coordinator in New York to support entry-level hiring, including the summer program and campus outreach. The role acts as liaison to law schools and coordinates budgets and events, with potential hybrid in-office presence.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in legal recruitment or professional services, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and correspondence; maintain candidate records.
• Develop relationships with law schools, career services and vendors.
• Plan logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; assist with recruitment marketing strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee; prepare reports.
