The role coordinates all phases of recruiting, including the summer program, entry-level hiring, and campus outreach, while serving as a liaison to law schools, coordinating with internal departments, and mentoring junior team members.

The position is located in our New York office with a potential hybrid schedule that balances in-office presence and flexible work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services.
• Five years of cumulative experience.

• Manage candidate interviews, GPA calculations, and onboarding communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, and recruitment professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, manage budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting.
