Job summary

Moog in Elma, NY 14059 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month assignment with possible extension. You will partner with recruiters to support hourly/non-exempt and salary/exempt roles, schedule interviews at U.S.

sites, coordinate travel, and facilitate onboarding for new employees. This role sits in the Talent Acquisition Team and aims to build strong relationships with managers across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
• 1 year of related interview coordination experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers and HR staff.
• Ability to work independently and make proactive decisions.
• Experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule telephone and onsite interviews across U.S. sites.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding, including background checks and drug tests.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with managers and HR staff.
• Use Microsoft Office and Workday to support recruiting tasks.
