Moog Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle technical recruiting for our Buffalo, NY area.

You will source, screen, select, and onboard top talent for the Commercial Aircraft Group, with potential support for Space, Defense, Industrial, and Military Aircraft groups. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with Workday/ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing talent.
• Experience using Workday or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Typically manage 16–22 requisitions with varying levels of urgency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define position requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Screen candidates who meet minimum qualifications.
• Provide proactive updates to the hiring team.
• Extend offers to selected candidates.
• Stay informed on business updates and recruiting priorities.
