Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Site Recruiting Coordinator for a two-year, fixed-duration, hourly role focused on on-site interview logistics and site visits. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline candidate experiences and support interns and students during peak recruiting seasons.

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR/Business is a plus.
• At least 1 year in a coordination, administrative, or talent acquisition role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site candidate experiences and multi-stakeholder interviews.
• Manage logistics for candidate visits, travel, lodging, and site tours.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates during on-site interviews.
• Support intern/academic workers and smooth transitions into the company.
