SpaceX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Palo Alto to schedule all candidate phone and onsite interviews, ensure a great candidate experience, and provide administrative support to the recruiting team throughout the hiring process.

You will coordinate candidate travel, manage onsite interview logistics, and participate in recruiting events. The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work 100% onsite in Palo Alto, with overtime as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years recruiting coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment practices is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to change.

RECRUITING COORDINATOR (PALO ALTO)

As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, your primary responsibility is to schedule all candidate phone and onsite interviews, as well as, make sure that candidates have a great experience and successful interview day. You will also provide support to your recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to, greeting and touring candidates, assisting with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process, and helping recruiters identify top talent by participating in recruiting events or sourcing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule onsite interviews
• Coordinate candidate travel
• Manage onsite interview logistics
• Learn about our business to the extent that it enables you to speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
• Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 1+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance to federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Ability to manage multiple on-going projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management, on one-to-one basis and in groups
• Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the space industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA - remote or hybrid work will not be considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay range:

Recruiting Coordinator: $32.00/hour

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for potential discretionary bonuses. ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
