Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews.
• Manage onsite interview logistics.
• Provide candidate experience and interview day support.
• Greet and tour candidates and assist with admin tasks throughout hiring.
• Support recruiters by sourcing and attending recruiting events.
