Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will manage interview scheduling, reporting, temp/agency admin, and maintenance of the iCIMS ATS.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Kastle’s sourcing team, and hiring managers across the business to move candidates through the pipeline efficiently. The position can be in Sterling, VA or Plymouth, MI, with hybrid or fully remote options on Eastern or Central Time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in an office environment.
• Experience with HR/ATS systems and data relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews timely and accurately.
• Manage all agency and temp staffing requests and invoices.
• Assist with internal interviewing and internal transfer process.
• Coordinate employee referral campaigns for i2G.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and compliance; prepare regular recruiting reports.
• Support all required government compliance activities related to recruiting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors supporting the recruiting function.
