Related Management Company’s Talent Acquisition team in New York is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the full hiring process—from interview coordination and candidate experience to onboarding and day-to-day recruiting operations.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors, manage iCIMS workflows, and help track recruiting metrics, budgets, and vendor relationships while delivering accurate, timely service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or recruiting operations.
• Experience supporting invoice processing, vendor billing, expense reconciliation, or budget tracking.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters following internal approvals and monitor offer status through completion.
• Coordinate pre-employment background checks and communicate updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring information in the ATS (iCIMS).
• Manage job postings across company sites and external job boards; monitor expenses and renewals.
