Related Management Company (RMC) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in New York to support the full hiring process, from interview coordination to onboarding and day-to-day recruiting operations.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience, manage pre-employment screening, and help drive efficient processes across Talent Acquisition.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or recruiting operations is needed.
• Experience supporting invoice processing, vendor billing, or budget tracking is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially iCIMS, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews, schedule logistics, and communicate with candidates, recruiters, and managers.
• Provide a welcoming candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and monitor status through completion.
• Coordinate background checks and track outstanding requirements with recruiters.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure new hires complete required documents.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in iCIMS and coordinate vendor relations.
• Review invoices and support recruiting reports and budgeting.
