Job summary

You will post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate travel for visiting candidates when needed, and provide weekly updates to brand leadership on screening

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple openings and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage jobs on multiple career sites.
• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide follow-up communications to candidates on recruiting status.
• Update candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting activities.
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and provide debrief materials.
• Send weekly recruiting updates to brand leadership.
• Assist in staffing store locations by coordinating GM schedules and events.
