Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, communications, HR or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
• Experience with Workday or related HRIS software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications.
• Provide pre-hire coordination and support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Partner with the People Office to ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to pre-employment.
• Maintain high-volume scheduling and manage competing priorities.
• Support compliance and accurate record-keeping in HRIS
