Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a high-volume Recruiter in Greenwood Village, CO, to partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and manage full lifecycle recruitment across regional facilities.

The role requires strong customer service, account management, and experience with ATS/CRMs and MS Office. Local travel and a mandatory Orlando training week are included as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of recruiting/HR experience).
• 1+ year of high-volume recruiting or HR experience.
• Proven account management and customer service background; thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, recruiting CRMs, MS Office, and modern recruiting AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast talent needs based on attrition and growth plans.
• Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to keep vacancy rates low and ensure staffing.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credential verification.
• Offer & Compensation Management: Draft and extend offers, sign-on bonuses, relocation incentives, and manage counter-offers.
• Applicant Tracking & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant candidate progress records in the ATS.
• Consultative Guidance: Advise on benefits, incentives, and HR policies to candidates.
• Regional Site Engagement: Conduct weekly site visits to build relationships with on-site leaders.
