Valar Atomics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics across the hiring process at our Torrance, CA headquarters. This role ensures candidates move quickly, interviews run smoothly, and every interaction reflects our high standards.

You'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, and partner with recruiters to scale our growing team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex calendars and using Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
