Job summary

Valar Atomics is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This on-site role at our Torrance, CA headquarters requires initiative and the ability to operate in a growing startup environment.

You will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless candidate journey while partnering with recruiters and hiring teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with calendars and scheduling tools like Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer service mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and on-site hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in Greenhouse.
• Coordinate candidate travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation; support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving.
