Job summary

Valar Atomics, a bold energy company, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics across the hiring process. This on-site role at the Torrance, CA headquarters focuses on moving candidates through interviews swiftly and with an exceptional candidate experience.

You will coordinate interviews, travel, and records, while collaborating with recruiters to scale our growing team and reflect our high standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex calendars and using Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
