Valar Atomics is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and manage the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This on-site role is based at our Torrance, CA headquarters and demands a proactive, autonomous mindset to scale interviews and candidate interactions.

You will own scheduling, communications, travel logistics, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex calendars using Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and confident onsite hosting.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
• Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
• Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving.
