Job summary

Swoon is hiring an experienced Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to support a rapidly growing technology company. This full-time, 1-year contract role focuses primarily on end-to-end interview scheduling with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

You will coordinate complex, multi-round interview loops across multiple time zones and partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and executives to ensure smooth processes. 3+ years of coordinating high-volume recruiting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex interview loops, panels, and multiple time zones.
• Comfortable supporting fast-moving technical and/or business recruiting teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-round interview loops across time zones.
• Support hiring across Engineering, Product, Research, GTM, Business, and Exec roles.
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, EAs, interviewers, and senior stakeholders.
• Handle cancellations, declines, reschedules with urgency.
• Identify scheduling issues and propose solutions without extra recruiter workload.
• Maintain clear candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and candidate experience.
• Keep interview data accurate in recruiting systems.
