This role focuses on speed, precision, and an exceptional candidate experience as you work with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and business leaders to bring top talent into the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple pipelines.
• Coordinate high-volume interviews across a large interviewer population.
• Manage bespoke scheduling for executive-level pipelines.
• Support hiring across Engineering, Product, Research, Business, GTM, and other functions.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants.
• Navigate last-minute changes and scheduling challenges.
• Coordinate virtual and occasional in-person interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and scheduling docs.
• Communicate with candidates in a polished, welcoming manner.
• Create a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through interview.
