Job summary

Citadel Securities is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in New York or Miami to join a fast-paced HR team. You will partner with recruiters to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews across multiple business areas.

You will create offer documents and support pre-onboarding while contributing to HR projects and operations. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, with prior recruiting exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
• Recruiting or HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; Outlook meeting requests helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal recruiters to manage full life-cycle recruiting for various businesses.
• Schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews with candidates.
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in an ATS.
• Collect feedback from hiring teams and decide next steps for candidates.
• Create offer documents and guide candidates through pre-onboarding.
• Participate in recruiting and HR projects including tracking and operations.
