You will support campus programs, infrastructure recruiting, experienced hires, and recruiting operations. No prior recruiting experience is required—we’ll teach you. This role offers exposure across disciplines and a chance to grow with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or operations is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communicator across teams and with candidates and partners.
• Willing to learn new recruiting systems and tools; comfortable with AI tools.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira, or Tableau is a plus.
• No financial industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support campus, early careers, and partnerships initiatives; coordinate events and postings.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage candidate logistics.
• Assist experienced-hire recruiting across technology and non-technology tracks.
• Support recruiting operations: build reports, triage issues, and process improvements.
• Ensure ATS data integrity and timely communication with stakeholders.
