Job summary

Citadel is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its HR team in Miami, FL. You will partner with internal recruiters to drive the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business areas and own the candidate management workflow.

The role emphasizes collaboration with third-party vendors, meticulous pipeline tracking, and proactive communication with candidates. An internship or early career experience in HR or recruiting is welcomed, with OT eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior internship or full-time experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; experience with meeting requests is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal recruiters to manage full life-cycle recruiting for various business areas.
• Coordinate interviews with vendors, candidates, and colleagues (phone, video, onsite).
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Liaise with the business to collect feedback and identify next steps for candidates.
• Create offer documents and manage pre-onboarding communications with candidates.
• Own recruiting and HR projects including candidate tracking, process documentation, and surveys.
