• Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with the team.
• 1-3 years of experience in a VC-backed company.

Responsibilities

• Owning interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Coordinating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership
• Managing interview logistics (calendars, tools, feedback loops)
• Helping improve recruiting processes as the company scales
• Supporting ad-hoc projects across Talent & People as needed
