Job summary

Hex Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to orchestrate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and seamless onsite experiences. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving and ensure every candidate touchpoint is thoughtful and deliberate.

You will maintain recruiting systems (Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion, Juicebox), identify bottlenecks with data, and help scale processes as hiring volume grows, including onboarding support and

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar fast-paced role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency with attention to quality.
• Comfort coordinating with senior leaders and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and complex interview loops.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to move processes quickly.
• Create a high-touch candidate experience from first interview to offer.
• Manage onsite logistics for SF office visits and candidate experience.
• Keep Ashby, ModernLoop, Notion, Juicebox up to date; track interviews and feedback.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix issues with data-driven fixes.
• Help build scalable recruiting processes as hiring volume grows.
• Support onboarding and recruiting events as needed.
