Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team in Columbus. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from engagement to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of related experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with ATS tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Experience scheduling interviews and managing multiple calendars in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support recruiters through the full recruitment process, from engagement through onboarding.
• Maintain applicant information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Communicate interview schedules, next steps, and recruiting updates to candidates.
• Assist with posting job openings across career sites, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing and resume screening as needed.
• Prepare interview materials, offer documents, and other recruiting correspondence.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and references.
• Maintain recruiting records and assist with metrics and reporting.
• Partner with recruiters, HR, managers, and stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist with recruiting events, fairs, and other talent initiatives.
