This role focuses on delivering a positive interview experience, coordinating calendars, and ensuring information is accessible to relevant partners, with a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience at Amazon by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
• Entering and tracking candidate information in Amazon database and ensure appropriate partners have access to necessary information
• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
• Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
