Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Pasadena, CA seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support internal recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring candidates are informed, engaged, and moving through interviews efficiently.

You will schedule interviews, manage candidate travel, help prepare offers, maintain data in the ATS, and communicate professionally with stakeholders to accelerate recruiting while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR/Business.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate resumes for open positions.
• Engage with candidates throughout the process and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews; coordinate travel.
• Answer phones and greet employees and candidates.
• Follow established talent acquisition processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Compile and organize offer letters and related materials.
• Provide guidance to fill positions quickly with qualified candidates.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Perform administrative duties to support the recruiting team.
• Participate in recruiting events as needed.
• Coordinate with coordinators and staff to schedule interviews efficiently.
• Track recruiting metrics to keep processes transparent.
