Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Recruiting Operations team on a contract basis. You will support coordinating candidate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats and work to streamline the interview process to enhance candidate experience.

You will partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to craft interview plans and implement recruitment strategies that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members.
• Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service.
• Experience working in an environment that requires continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles.
• Streamline the interview process to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience.
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient.
• Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build out interview plans.
