Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, or related role (flexible).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn and Juicebox.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidates through the interview process.
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS.
• Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance.
• Support offer logistics including reference checks and HR coordination.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate communications.
